All sales of Supa Scoopa mystery products (Lucky Scoops) are final sale due to the random nature of the items included. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you are unsatisfied with the surprise selection you receive.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.Â
For other items that are not mystery lucky scoops, return is only valid for store credit unless the item arrives damaged. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always make things right in the case of errors or damage. Refund requests must be submitted with proof of damage and video proof of destroying the damaged product.
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. All parcels are shipped from Canada, and handling times may vary depending on the local post office.
If you did not purchase a video, your order will be ready to ship in 3-5 days.

Unfortunately, due to company size and order sizes, shipping internationally can be very expensive, but we are working on it, and global shipping will be available shortly. Stay tuned!
Depending on order volume, you can expect to see your packing video in 3-10days.
As video editing can be time consuming, we will prioritize shippments over video editing and therefore your packing video will be posted after shipment.
Yes, you can request item/colour themes that you like! But availability is based on stock, and not all requests can be accommodated.
